We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14-DAYS (2 WEEKS) on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 14 days after purchase(14 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 14 days will be sent back to the customer.
Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

SHIPPING INFO
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed & your credit information verified, your order is shipped within 7 business days unless you pay separately for expedited overnight services such as FedEx. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information. Please remember that you must be available to sign for your package and it must be the same address as your billing address. Many times this might mean that you have to pick up your package from the post office.
